Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.greenclouds.net (hereinafter, the “Site”).
1.2 The products offered on the Site are sold directly by Green Clouds Band (hereinafter, the “Seller”), with website www.greenclouds.net and email info@greenclouds.net.
1.3 By placing an order through the Site, the customer (hereinafter, the “Customer”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms. Customers are advised to read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase.

2.1 To place an order, the Customer must follow the purchase procedure indicated on the Site and complete the checkout.
2.2 The submission of an order constitutes a binding purchase offer by the Customer for the selected products, governed by these Terms.
2.3 The contract between the Seller and the Customer is concluded only when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the address provided by the Customer.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of prior disputes, payment issues, or unavailability of products. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly notified and any payments made will be refunded.

3.1 All product prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Euros (€) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT). Any delivery costs or additional charges, if applicable, are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
3.2 Payment for the purchased products and corresponding shipping costs can be made using the methods available and listed on the Site during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
3.3 The Customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that sufficient funds are available to cover the total amount of the order.

4.1 Products will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the Customer during the order process, within the estimated timeframe indicated upon checkout.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer at the moment the Customer (or a designated third party other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods.
4.3 Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the packaging for any damage or tampering and report any issues immediately to the carrier and the Seller via info@greenclouds.net.

5.1 If the Customer is a consumer (acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending an explicit declaration via email to info@greenclouds.net.
5.3 The Customer must return the products to the Seller without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal. The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
5.4 The Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

6.1 The Seller provides the legal guarantee of conformity for products sold on the Site, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6.2 Any lack of conformity must be reported by the Customer to the Seller within the statutory legal timeframe from the date of discovery by contacting info@greenclouds.net.

7.1 All content included on the Site—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Green Clouds Band or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.1 These Terms and any sales contracts concluded through the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
8.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or purchases made on the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Seller’s registered location, or to the mandatory forum of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if applicable by law.
